Factors that lead to hot tub repair
Like any other electric appliance in our homes, hot tub repair is a very important service that needs to be done. The main areas that are affected in the hot tub system include the filter, heater and water. There are several factors that would help you know the state of one’s hot tub. Depending on the diagnosis made one may either decide to repair the hot tub on their own or engage the services of a technician. Some of the signs to be looked out for on a tub that is spoilt include:
The filter
One may experience short time between filters which may be due to poor or no cleaning at all, poor filter system or water being balance chemically improperly. This may cause the tub to take a bit longer to get heat. The filter may also experience leaking. This normally occurs around filters and it may mean that the tank, o-rings may need replacing or the plumbing was loosely done.
The heater
The heater equally experiences a number of problems and some of them include the heater not heating up the water, it may take longer to heat up the water or it may be experiencing cycling that is on and off constantly.
The water
The water may have an abnormal color that may be green, foamy, cloudy or even dirty. This may de due to the fact that the filters are never cleaned and so on.
